Anti-Bullying & Anti-Harassment

Orbis UK is committed to providing a healthy working environment where all staff and volunteers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

We value the contribution that all employees, trustees and volunteers make and recognise the importance of providing an environment that is free from bullying and harassment in all its forms.

We believe bullying and harassment is wrong, are clear that it will not be tolerated and if identified will likely lead to disciplinary action. We promote an open and transparent safeguarding culture.

To support these values and beliefs, we have an Anti-bullying and Harassment Policy that provides guidance to staff on their obligations, rights and the processes that support the policy.

Training on safeguarding, whistleblowing and bullying and harassment in all its forms, and the Orbis UK policies relating to these, is given to all new employees. Additional training is given to managers and both are refreshed periodically for all staff.
