Cubitts are a modern spectacle maker founded in London in 2013. They have been supporting Orbis since 2019 with a gift in kind donation of glasses frames.

In 2019, Cubitts kindly donated 450 glasses frames to our programme in West Gurage, Ethiopia to support our comprehensive rural eye health project. This support will help our team on the ground continue to support patients with refractive error and work towards our mission of preventing avoidable blindness.

Talking about the partnership, Cubitts' founder and CEO said:

Founder and CEO, Cubitts

At Cubitts, we are continuously working to reduce our impact on the environment. One of the ways in which we do this is by eschewing the fast fashion’ approach to eyewear and focusing on the circularity of our products. We’re thrilled to partner with Orbis, and are pleased to know that by donating our excess frames to them we are helping those most in need access the eye care and equipment that most of us take for granted.
