Orbis Volunteer Faculty requirements include:
- Five years’ experience post completion of academic training or a minimum of five years ophthalmic nursing experience
- Active medical/nursing license or registration
- Available copies of all relevant diplomas and certificates
- Board certification or equivalency in country of primary practice
- Active hospital privileges (for programs that involve direct patient care)
- Two references from current or previous Orbis Volunteer Faculty
