Income and Database Officer

This role sits within the Database Team and is responsible for processing income as well as managing and maintaining the records of Orbis UK’s supporters across Fundraising and Communications. This role supports the wider Fundraising and Communications team in effective use of data with Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Title: Income and Database Officer
Department: Data Team (team of two)
Reports to: Database and Insight Manager
Location: London, UK (near Monument) two days a week in the office except when processing appeal income
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week permanent
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, subject to experience

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Accurately entering income into NXT in a timely manner
  • Following up and responding to queries regarding income on NXT
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of income processing
  • Processing Gift Aid declarations
  • Regular database administration
