Orbis featured on CBS show 'The Doctors'

The Orbis Flying Eye Hospital and star Volunteer Faculty member, Rudy Wagner, have been featured on the daily talk show 'The Doctors'. Make sure to give it a watch and share it with your friends.

WARNING: May contain some disturbing scenes of eye surgery

In the five minute video Volunteer Faculty member, Rudy Wagner, takes the crew on board the Flying Eye Hospital during it's program visit to Binh Dinh, Vietnam. The video follows two patients, Trinh and Thuy, two young girls both suffering from strabismas (crossed eyes) and struggling at school.

Thanks to your support and the amazing help from our Volunteer Faculty members both Trinh and Thuy had their vision corrected and are now looking forward to a brighter future.

Not only that, but because the Flying Eye Hospital also acts a classroom we were able to train and teach local eye teams to ensure those skills can be passed on for generations to come.

Volunteer Faculty member and paediatric specialist, Dr. Rudy Wagner, is Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Rutgers State, University of New Jersey Medical School. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and a member of our team since the early 1990s.
