At Orbis, everything we do is guided by our vision to transform lives through the prevention and treatment of blindness. We have high standards for how we achieve this. We know that without you millions of people would be needlessly blind throughout the world. Here's what we're doing to make sure we earn your trust and contribution.

How We Keep Our People Safe

Here at Orbis we value our people and take the safety and wellbeing of our Orbis family (employees, volunteers, contractors) very seriously.

Our safeguarding policies and principles have been put in place to help protect people from harm and ensure all people are treated with respect. Our staff, contractors and volunteers follow a strict ethical code of practice and clear policies to ensure we provide the highest standards of care worldwide.

We've also established an Ethics and Compliance Hotline which provides employees with a confidential and anonymous route to report issues or concerns.
