At Orbis, we are proud to be led by a board of highly-experienced visionaries. Under their strategic guidance, we can drive change and transform eye care in communities all over the world.

Here at Orbis we value our people and take the safety and wellbeing of our Orbis family (employees, volunteers, contractors) very seriously.

Our safeguarding policies and principles have been put in place to help protect people from harm and ensure all people are treated with respect. Our staff, contractors and volunteers follow a strict ethical code of practice and clear policies to ensure we provide the highest standards of care worldwide.

We have also established an Ethics and Compliance Hotline which provides employees with a confidential and anonymous route to report issues or concerns.
